The location was fine. But it was really bad… they charged me without my authorization and double‑charged. After that I blocked my card because I thought it was fraud. They then released the double charge and then came back telling me they want to charge more because they missed charging for one night while my parents actually left two nights early. What a mess!

The meals were okay for us, and if you can arrange free Wi‑Fi it is an advantage for overseas people. The space is not enough.

I was told the hotel operated as a self‑service place, yet I paid over Rs.7500.00 for a cramped room, had to haul my luggage up from the ground floor to the fourth and back again, and the staff were rude and uncooperative – OYO’s team is actually better than IBIS’s. Small rooms might be IBIS’s idea, but the hospitality was missing.
