The property is set in greenery, clean and welcoming, and the staff are extremely kind.

The place was clean, the room had air‑conditioning—essential in August—and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom only had a partially used toilet paper roll (we were four), the restaurant was closed, and breakfast offered only sweets; a heartier option or fruit and vegetables would have been nice. The pastries, however, were outstanding.

The location is pretty good, but that’s the only good thing; the room and its facilities were extremely bad, cleanliness could be better, there were bedbugs, the breakfast was terrible, and because the hotel sits in a nature reserve with lots of water, there were many mosquitoes… After one night we found another hotel.

The views are beautiful and the access to Krzywa Wieża is convenient; breakfasts are tasty but the selection is small. The mosquito net was poorly installed, so with the window open we got bitten. Overall the place needs a refresh, and it would be nice to have a kettle available at the reception, which opens at 9 a.m.
