The location was great. We had a spa day at QC Therme, but the bus strikes made it impossible to get back to Bergamo, so we booked this hotel as a last resort and we’re glad we did. The price was very reasonable, which is why I gave this score. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel overall were very clean. It was a basic room with a nice hot shower—perfect for what we needed.
