“Money down the drain”

The front desk guy was nice, but the remote didn’t work, the lamp didn’t work, there were stains on the lamp shades, on the walls, and on the chair, and I left items in the hotel room that were never returned.

“Book somewhere else. They really need to clean this place up.”

The property wasn’t clean; the blanket and sheets had stains. I had to buy a sheet set at Walmart just to sleep comfortably, and they charged my debit card twice for a one‑night stay, but the problem was fixed right away.

“Awful”

The parking was fine, but the floors were filthy and I had to change rooms four times because of broken locks and leaking showers. There was no water pressure, the room smelled terrible, and mold was growing in the sink.

“This hotel has been deteriorating over the last few years.”

The beds were comfortable, but the electronic card swipe at the perimeter didn’t work, so we had to go through the front even though we parked next to the side door. The card swipe at the room door kept failing, forcing me to reprogram my card every time I tried to re-enter. The bathroom door knob was broken, making it hard to exit the bathroom, and the gym had been broken down for months.

“Very uncomfortable, and not a good hotel to stay in if you are a single female traveling alone.”

I barely found anything I liked: the towels were still dirty, you could see someone had cleaned one and put it back. The shower ceiling and walls were covered in black spots, clearly not a design choice but dirt. The pool was filthy too. To top it off, someone tried to break into my room and the other family member’s room, so I’d only recommend staying here if you’re traveling with a man and definitely not alone.
