The place was in a great spot near restaurants and stores, kept tidy, staff were friendly, and breakfast was pretty good—no complaints at all.

I enjoyed the peace and quiet, comfortable bed and hot breakfast. Minifridge. The dust from the construction in the hallways. No microwave in the room, however there was a micro near the ice machine near the elevators on 2nd floor

The location and breakfast were nice, but there was no fitness room (under construction), the pool was very cold and cloudy, and the housekeeping staff missed details—no body wash or shampoo in the shower, and the bottles were empty.

Location, staff was very friendly and helpful. It was almost impossible to contact hotel!!! 🥵 The internet listed 3 different phone numbers and it would NOT let me talk directly to hotel!! The 3rd time some person said they would transfer me, only to be placed on hold for 28 minutes, I hung up!!!!

Location and the room was nice. Was there from Thursday - Sunday . Housekeeping came once at 5:30 on Saturday and emptied trash and brought towels - never made the bed ever. Sign up that housekeeping comes every other day - seriously? Housekeeping daily she be included in the rate. Provide only two towels in a room designed for 2 people and those are to last 2 1/2 days. Substandard. Elevator was seriously sketchy and scary
