This spot is really calm, quiet and comfortable; most importantly the owner is friendly, kind, and helpful. We had everything we needed and he helped us with everything we asked for. Definitely recommend to others.

I liked that Kathir Guest House was spacious, with convenient shared kitchen facilities that made it easy to prepare my own meals. The A/C kept the room cool and comfortable, and the beds were great for a restful night’s sleep. The owner was also very helpful, which made the overall stay even more enjoyable.

The room was very clean, spacious and the linen was also good and clean. The location is good, very near to KKS Railway station. Very calm & quiet environment and feels like a village. Bathroom was not clean and I didn't like it at all; many dirt marks and the shower was not working properly.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly owner. No coverlets and towels and we had to ask for them and got poor quality linen. Small bed sheets and small towels
