The apartment was spotless in terms of cleanliness and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and located outside, on the rear terrace: a very intimate, nice and pleasant space. We really appreciated the snacks and especially the fact that we found oil, sugar and all the essentials to prepare something to eat without having to buy every single item. Small details that really make a difference. The welcome was top‑class. The person who gave us all the instructions was always available and constantly concerned about whether we needed anything. We felt truly welcomed. We had originally booked this place mainly as a base to leave heavier luggage, but in the end we decided to leave B&B Sepilok a day early to stay here and we did not regret it for a second. The value for money exceeded our expectations. Regarding hospitality and guest attention, this place would really have something to teach B&B Sepilok, which in our experience mainly benefits from its location. One of the pans did not look very clean, even though the rest of the apartment was impeccable. The bathrooms are quite small and the showers are integrated into the same space, although they were very clean. The water in the toilet tanks took a while to refill, but we managed without major problems. I would also recommend providing a face towel and a body towel for each guest and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. Overall, these are minor aspects that can be improved, but they did not change our very positive view of the place.
