Very good and excellently located. Nothing to complain about.

The private spa was amazing and offered great value, while breakfast was abundant and well‑varied. The room felt a bit dated, though.

I found this hotel to be a true sweet spot for any traveler. I ended up extending my stay twice; I had planned only three nights but stayed the whole week. It sits on a quiet street, far from noisy tourist routes and city traffic. The receptionist, Svetlana, handled check‑in professionally, answering every question with genuine knowledge and kindness. My first impression was that this was a high‑quality place that genuinely cares about guests. A major plus is that the entire crew speaks English, Czech, and Russian. The location is incredibly convenient: two tram lines and a train station are within walking distance, and it takes just 15 minutes by tram to reach the Old Town center, with trams running all night. Grocery stores, restaurants, barber shops, a DM drugstore, and a large park are all nearby. The hotel itself is stylish, with meticulous attention to detail—wooden surfaces, curtains, carpets, and tiles all look beautiful, clean, and fully functional. Housekeeping came every day. The room was well‑maintained and included useful amenities such as a kettle, tea, and spoons. Special thanks to the kitchen staff. Svetlana promised I wouldn’t go hungry after breakfast, and the cuisine far exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a standard breakfast spot; it feels like a top‑tier restaurant with a diverse selection of delicious food. The kitchen crew worked like busy bees, constantly replenishing trays and dishes. The breakfast was so hearty it felt like a proper lunch, keeping me full all day. They offered three main courses, a huge variety of salads, sausages, eggs, coffee, tea, juices, and a wonderful selection of sweet desserts. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave Prague.
