A hearty breakfast in the large dining room takes you back to the 60s and 70s; the bear once roared there and still might do so now. The spread includes homemade sausage, cheese, eggs, rolls/bread, cereal, juice, yogurt, jam, honey, and Nutella, and the coffee machine is excellent. More fruit and vegetables would make it even better, and you can also buy the sausage in the shop.

Michael made me feel completely at ease—he’s a genuinely warm and friendly host who keeps everything simple and relaxed. The breakfast is delicious, featuring a great selection of sausage from his own butcher shop, and the cozy beer garden is a nice place to linger. The menu boasts a wide range of regional dishes that taste fantastic, and the view from the room—directly overlooking the opposite goat enclosure and the church tower—is just lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay; I’ll definitely come back!
