“Would not recommend, the lady and man cleaner are clearly stealing, the water is terrible and for the price of a double”

The location was fine and there was plenty of parking. Our shoes disappeared! The cleaner came by that day and said she had entered our room just to close the balcony window because it was raining. The balcony is covered and we only left it slightly cracked because the shower water smell was awful and we were trying to ventilate the room. With the window only slightly cracked there was no real reason for her to enter, she didn’t even clean. By the time we checked out we only realized this when we reached our next accommodation. We called to ask and the owner never returned our call. Regarding the water, I’ve never seen anything like it. It smelled like a canal and felt oily. I couldn’t lather with a whole bottle of shampoo and we felt dirtier after showering.

I recently had a frustrating experience with a hotel booking, which ultimately led to me having to find alternative accommodation. Upon arrival, I was informed that my initial 5-night reservation was reduced to 4 nights, forcing me to relocate to another hotel. It's essential to confirm your booking details before checking in to avoid any unexpected issues. This unfortunate incident left a sour taste in my mouth, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve their communication with guests.
