The kitchen is good and the staff respond quickly, but in the evening we asked the bar for a few fruits, got a cut apple, and it took a while to receive it; the service felt less welcoming and customer‑focused than it should have been.

The indoor pool, exercise facilities, and happy hour were nice, yet I was upset by a female staff member who shoved towels into my hand and was very rude.

Breakfast was excellent! Enjoyed that I could have eggs cooked to order, even an omelette. Distance to Katy Mills Mall was great!. The options for happy hour on Thursday and Friday were not as good as the options on Sunday - Wednesday
