The staff were polite and attentive, but the breakfast lacked variety, the room TV could use a better internet‑connected model, and towels were never replaced during the stay.

Unfortunately nothing matched the advertised offer; the room had moldy walls, the shower couldn’t provide cold water, the electrical system was faulty so I finished my shower in the bathroom sink, the corridors and stairs were numerous, parking was not available as promised, and the furniture was heavily worn—yet I still paid in full for two nights.

The front‑desk team were courteous and attentive, but the overall stay left a lot to be desired: reaching the room required navigating many stairs, the moment we entered we were hit by a strong mold odor that even lingered on the blanket, basic supplies like a blanket, toilet paper and towels were missing, the shower couldn’t hold a steady temperature and swung between scalding and freezing, the air‑conditioner barely cooled the space, and the breakfast could certainly be improved.
