Antoinette and Charles were very welcoming hosts who offered plenty of advice for hiking and sightseeing around Corsica, which we especially appreciated. The homemade dinner was generous and convivial, the room was spacious with a stunning view, and Antoinette was responsive and attentive to our feedback, even ordering a new mattress for the room.

Antoinette’s dinner meals were great and the magical setting by the river was lovely, but the breakfast lacked fresh items, which really hurt the overall rating; the shower caddy was too small for tall guests, and the doors creaked at night, waking us up.

The quiet setting was a plus, but the dining area was chaotic, the breakfast was scanty, the bed was hard as stone, the shower leaked, and the towels and linens didn’t smell fresh; the dinner at €29 was not worth the price.
