The hotel's easy-to-find location was a big plus, but the bedding and mattress were seriously stained and smelly. It was a shame, because the location was really convenient.

The staff here could use some training - I was asked to hand over my pass, which seemed a bit odd. The hotel itself was fine, but the untrained staff did make a bit of an impression.

Unfortunately, the service here was completely unprofessional - I was treated like I was a bother. Not exactly what I was expecting from a hotel.

The room was spotless and the staff were super friendly - I'd definitely come back. They really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome.
