“Splendid view, amazing stuff and experience that must try”
The property offers a brilliant view of the desert, and each room feels like a separate house with its own yard, chairs, and table, giving the impression of living in a private house. The restaurant sits at the top of the mountain and provides the best desert view. The staff were exceptionally kind, waiting until 1 am to check us in and offering free tea and dessert afterward. A bonus—though not essential—was that the coffee in the canteen was good enough, which helped since we had trouble finding good coffee in Marrakech. The main issue, common to other desert camps, was transportation: we took a taxi from Marrakesh city centre late at night, couldn’t locate the hotel immediately, and only found it after a village person guided us. My partner speaks Arabic, which made the situation a bit easier for us.
