“Einmal und nie wieder”

The location was perfect for the Freinsheim wine trail, but the boss was very unfriendly and started being rude upon arrival. We had received written confirmation that check‑in was possible from 12 pm, yet when we arrived just after 12, we were told the rooms wouldn’t be ready until 3 pm. Breakfast was rather modest: no cream cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruit, or jam in plastic, and coffee was served from a pot. When I asked about egg prices, I was almost met with disdainful looks. We had booked for four people but had informed them in advance that only three would come. Breakfast was still charged for four, and when we complained, the manager said she had always set the table for four and didn’t notice we were only three.

“Lage gut, Zimmer ok, der Rest enttäuschend”

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war relativ modern Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel. Die Bettwäsche war absolut unpassend, Das Zimmer wurde nur 1 von 3 Nächten gereinigt. Der Mülleimer im Bad war noch mit gebrauchten Hygieneartikeln von vorherigen Gästen voll. Ein unfreundlicher Empfang und zum Abschluss ein noch unfreundlicher Check out. Absolut indiskutabel

The rooms were modern with clean bathrooms, but the breakfast buffet ran out quickly and it took a while to refill. Other guests had complained as well, yet the selection was still adequate.

“Schöner Aufenthalt”

The hotel was good, all rooms were top‑class, and the location was ideal for a pleasant vacation in the wine region. The breakfast did not justify the price, and there could have been more bike parking spots.
