The location is excellent, only 5 minutes from Rialto, and the hotel sits in a pleasant area with plenty of bars and restaurants but is a bit quieter than other tourist spots. The view of the Grand Canal from the communal lounge is terrific! The rodent boxes on the ground floor near the water look bad, even if they’re necessary. The receptionist said she last saw a rat 4 years ago. Signage and lighting from the entrance door off the street through the empty courtyard to the lift should be improved. While the hotel is clean, the bleach smell in the common area is a little overpowering.

The hotel is well‑located, cozy, and the staff are kind. It’s a small, charming place with a comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

“Good location, comfortable and good value , mold in shower needs to be addressed”

The location is great and everything is easy to get to. Breakfast was nice because you could customize what you wanted. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was good, but there was severe mildew and mold in the shower. The shower was so dirty it might be unhealthy. The air conditioning was marginal, but a standing fan made up for it. Other than the shower, the stay was perfect.
