We didn’t really enjoy our stay here. We were originally supposed to stay for three nights, but we decided to leave after only two. The view is beautiful and the hotel is surrounded by nature, but unfortunately there were far too many insects and a lot of noise, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. We had ants, geckos, frogs, etc. in the room. After the first night, we changed rooms hoping it would be better, but unfortunately we still didn’t feel comfortable and decided to leave one night earlier. We were also a bit disappointed that, despite leaving early because of these issues, the hotel did not offer any refund for the last night. We had ants, geckos, frogs, etc. in the room. Exceptional! The view, the room, the breakfasts, the service, the massages – everything was perfect, and the proximity to the forest’s calm and its preserved wildlife made for a pure family bliss.

An incredible view of the waterfalls and vegetation, in a very relaxing setting with comfortable bedding. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the nearby restaurants are also excellent. Nothing to add.
