“Good overall but super firm beds”
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the beds were super hard with a very firm mattress.

I was impressed by how clean the hotel was, which set a great tone for my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't quite live up to the expectations set by its website and pictures, which showed more amenities than were actually available in person.

I had a fantastic experience with the hotel staff during check-in, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I'm still unsure about a few things. Overall, the staff's welcoming nature made a big difference in my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and well-insulated the hotel was, which made for a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, the room was much smaller than I expected, and the marketing pictures didn't accurately represent the actual suite. To make matters worse, the TV remote was finicky and didn't work properly, which was frustrating.

The hotel room was incredibly comfortable, which is exactly what I needed after a long day. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the comfort level of the room.
