“Horrible y Sucio Lugar - Total y Absoluta Disconformidad”

The location was fine. The cabin was very old, cold, and damp with walls and floor that smelled like it had never been ventilated. The heating was just an air conditioner that wasn’t enough for the whole cabin, so we were freezing on uncomfortable beds because the construction lacks thermal insulation. We asked the manager for a stove twice and were ignored. We couldn’t use the first‑floor bedroom because it smelled like urine and it was impossible to sleep or store luggage there. The “kitchen” (if that’s what it’s called) had nothing; we had to plug a kettle into the floor because there was no electrical outlet. We couldn’t use the dishes because they were very dirty, sticky, and poorly washed, to the point that the glasses had stains, fingerprints, and mouth marks. Because the cabins are paired, at night we could hear the conversations and snoring from the neighboring cabin, and we couldn’t sleep due to the cold. In short, the place was horrible; fortunately we stayed only one night, which passed quickly, and we were finally able to leave.

The only thing that worked was the location. Everything else—service, cleanliness, overall attention—was terrible.

La ubicación, 100% recomendable para personas que van sin automóvil. Quedamos cerca de todo caminando. El equipamiento de la cabaña bien, tenían de todo. Mejorar el refrigerador, ya que presentaba problemas con el congelador y estaba desestabilizado. El personal muy amable, cada vez que necesitábamos algo, ellas fueron muy accesibles. El moho del baño pero se entiende porque es una zona húmeda. Las cabeceras de las camas, no tenían un buen olor
