The staff were friendly, but the bedding hadn't been changed and it smelled like men's cologne.

The service was wonderful and the location great, plus there was parking, but there was no kettle, the bed was uncomfortable, the TV was smashed, and the remote controls were glued together; people say the remote can be bought on Allegro for 40 zł. The staff made up for everything with their kind attitude, yet the comfort and cleanliness were disappointing for a three‑star hotel, and the place was not accessible for disabled guests.
