The apartments were spacious, new, with a parking spot in front, and starry views at night! Close to the thermal baths and Pitigliano, but the road to the property is unpaved.

The breakfast was decent, the venue a real show, calm and peaceful, a marvel, the best lodging on our Italian trip. A more varied breakfast would have been nice.

Strategic spot just a step from the town of Sorano, the Terme, and Pitigliano. The apartments are comfortable, roomy, fully equipped, and look like terraced houses that give maximum privacy. Good breakfast with handmade pastries and friendly, helpful owners. We'll gladly return.

Ripped screens, loose toilet, TV didn’t work, breakfast was dry and minimal, kitchen and bathroom had minimal accessories, kitchen was not clean, outside areas needed maintenance, Wi‑Fi only worked outside of the building.
