“Ciasny pokój, zaniedbana łazienka i zbyt późne śniadania – najgorszy hotel w jakim spalam”

Park. Pokój klaustrofobiczny, zupełnie nie podobny do tego przedstawionego na zdjeciach. Łóżko wciśnięte między ściany, bez miejsca po bokach. Wnętrza i meble nie pałacowe a raczej w stylu PRL. W lazience kabina pokryta warstwami kamienia a w rogach grzyb. W żadnym hotelu nie spotkałam się z tym, że śniadanie dostępne od 8.30, w ostateczności wyjechałam wcześniej i nie mogłam spróbować. Najgorszy hotel w jakim miałam okazję spać

Pałacyk letni, w którym nocowaliśmy to świetne miejsce na wypoczynek. Sam park pałacowy jest piękny, można tam zaznać spokoju. Śniadanie w formie cateringu bardzo smaczne

“The food in the restaurant was good, and the breakfast was nice. However, the hotel itself was horrible.”

The palace has an amazing history and is located in a beautiful park. The room did not look at all like the pictures shown online. It was very small, and the bed was placed between two walls, so it was impossible to access it from either side. There was no proper reception, and nobody was willing to help us change rooms. In the evening, the electricity went out and there was no light in the room. Since there was no phone in the room to contact anyone and nobody was present at the reception, we had to stay without light. We were the only guests in the hotel, but despite this, they still refused to offer us another room. The manager was only available by phone, and the only person who could contact him was the woman who had given us the key. When we told them that, due to the circumstances, we would stay for only one night instead of two, they told us that they would not refund the payment for the second night

The palace’s location was nice, and the breakfasts were delicious. The room was cold and couldn’t be heated, and the décor felt like it had better days long ago.
