Hot water was missing as advertised, and on the day we stayed the water didn’t flow in the morning, taking a considerable amount of time to fix.
The spacious room was a major plus, but unfortunately, the hotel's noise levels were a bit of a letdown. I mean, it's not like it was a party hotel or anything, but you could hear every conversation from the hallway and the rooms next door. Still, the room itself was great, with plenty of space to move around and a really comfy bed. The staff were also super helpful, which made up for some of the other issues.

The hotel itself is quiet, which was a relief, but the staff wasn't exactly welcoming, especially the Thai woman who seemed to be in charge during the day. I arrived at 1:15 PM and had to wait 45 minutes for my room, which was a bit of a letdown. The room itself was small but clean, but there were some basic amenities missing, like a coffee maker and a water bottle.

There was only one chair, so another would have been nice.
