My recent stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the front desk was unattended, leaving me to navigate the premises on my own. The room itself was not up to par, with an unmade bed and a lingering unpleasant odor. Overall, the lack of amenities and poor housekeeping made for a less-than-ideal experience.
