We couldn’t check in on time because cleaning was delayed, and the experience with the property management was very unpleasant. The photos didn’t match the place at all, and there was no mention that we might not get the exact unit, which felt deceptive. I raised my frustration with management, but they offered weak excuses and corporate nonsense.
