The service was top‑notch; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the meals were tasty and nicely presented in a cozy setting that made you want to linger. However, the room we got fell short of what the website promised – a standard room that felt a bit underwhelming, maybe because we were traveling with a dog. The bedding and furniture were fine, but the carpet had stains and corners that weren’t well vacuumed.
