Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were generous with a variety of dishes and the quality was excellent. The services were efficient and every area was spotless.

Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the expectations of a 5-star hotel. There were several issues during our stay: Food allergies were not handled properly. I have food allergies to three types of seeds/nuts, and unfortunately the hotel was not able to provide reliable information about allergens. On several occasions, the ingredient/allergen signs were not changed when the food was changed, making it impossible for me to check what I could safely eat. When I asked staff about the ingredients, they often could not provide any information. Even the chef could only advise me not to eat the desserts, although, as far as I could tell, there was probably nothing in most of them that I was actually allergic to. I was offered a separate dessert, but during two days they were only able to prepare one type of fruit pudding. After that, I gave up asking and ended up not being able to eat any dessert for the rest of the week. For a 5-star hotel, I expected a much more professional approach to food allergies. Air conditioning and common areas: The lobby areas were extremely hot, around 30°C even in the evening, as there was no effective air conditioning. There was also condensation dripping from the ceiling directly above a table in the dining area (see photos). Bathrooms: The downstairs bathroom was unpleasant, with a bad smell, water, mould and significant limescale. There is also no toilet on the ground floor of the hotel at all, which is very inconvenient. Bars: At one of the bars, the drink served was clearly not right. We informed the staff, but they showed very little interest and did not seem concerned about resolving the issue. Food quality: Unfortunately, the food quality was inconsistent and in our opinion below what we would expect from a 5-star hotel. On one occasion, mouldy peaches were served (see photo). Many of the meats were poorly prepared, either tough and chewy or very dry

The hotel is perfect! The hospitality is amazing, especially the girls at the reception and the snack bar. They offer a wide variety of food, especially breakfast, and I highly recommend it without hesitation.

“⭐⭐⭐➕Hotel”

The staff at the bar and restaurant were great, especially at the bar; big thanks to Deng and Tamer 😊 We were able to check out an hour late and received a free upgrade after initially being placed in the wrong room. The air‑conditioning repeatedly showed an error code, beeped, and dripped. A technician visited once but could not fix it and said it was normal. The animation program was arbitrary, even though it was advertised daily. Nothing happened on our first two days, and the front‑desk staff were unaware. Eventually, the animators were told they had the day off. As mentioned in other reviews, not everything is included, for example iced coffee drinks; just order ice cubes and make it yourself. The food is fine, you always find something, but there is definitely room for improvement. Overall, it’s not a 5‑star hotel, maybe closer to 3.5.
