The location was fine, yet the room we received was far below the ratings: it had hair in the bed, stained sheets, hair in the sink and shower, a dirty floor, and the reception staff were clueless about the cleaning. Even after we mentioned it, a polite man at the front desk didn’t know and the room wasn’t cleaned; we were moved to another room that was just as filthy. It’s very noisy at night because a club is next door, and the online reviews don’t match the reality. NEVER AGAIN.

The bellhop was the most pleasant part of the hotel, showing us the room and explaining everything with great courtesy. However, a music and cocktail bar below our window blasted music until 2 a.m., leaving us unable to sleep for three nights; it felt like a nightclub in the room. The bathroom window was misaligned and didn’t close, letting mosquitoes in and ruining our rest.

The hotel was spotless, the location was superb, the breakfast was excellent, the staff at reception were healthy and friendly—especially Elena, who we really liked. I recommend it to everyone!
