Facilities were solid, plenty of space, and comfy. Kite surf spot is just 100 meters away, but you'll need a car to get there. Still a good spot if you can drive.

Everything was brand new, spotless, and smelled nice. Plenty of parking, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and utensils. They even had a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap. The only downside was mosquitoes from the nearby lake.
