Breakfast and dinner were good, and the staff’s attitude was very pleasant. The facilities felt a bit outdated.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is near Oboke Gorge and the sightseeing boat dock. However, the corridors had a musky smell, the bathroom was cramped with a tiny sink, and the faucet shared with the bathtub was inconvenient. The kaiseki dinner menu also contained many errors.

The meals were tasty, the futons fluffy, and the onsen relaxing. Allergy‑friendly food was a plus. I could watch the Anpanman train from the hotel and was soothed by the lush mountains and river. Thank you. The only drawback was having to take the elevator to the annex to reach the bathroom, which seemed unavoidable due to the building’s layout.
