Everything was spotless, the English‑speaking staff were helpful and polite throughout, and the pension was just 2 km from the cycle route, which was very convenient. We had an excellent dinner and the breakfast was sincerely good and plentiful. The only downside was that our room was a bit small for two beds.

The food at the restaurant was very tasty, the staff were very caring and the service was great—we were thrilled. We were allowed to lock our bicycles in the hotel at night.

We stayed for one night during a cycling tour. The accommodation has a restaurant on the ground floor and the rooms above; the restaurant closes at 10 pm, so it doesn’t disturb sleep. Their kitchen is excellent, offering authentic, unadulterated Hungarian cuisine. The staff are friendly and direct. When we returned to our rooms, everything was immaculate, the beds comfortable, and there was air‑conditioning, though we didn’t really need it. Our room faced inwards, but we don’t think the street side could be noisy; traffic is light. We were on a 7‑day tour, booked 7 stays, and this was the best among them. No further comments.
