Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
It was the only option available, which isn’t surprising, but it was awful. They used the lack of other options to inflate the price. A cockroach was in the bed, the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous “guest,” and we didn’t feel safe.

Nothing good at all. Regulators should shut this place down. The place is filthy—every wall, floor, and section was incredibly dirty. Hair was found in the bed sheets and bathroom, the sheets weren’t clean, and the smoke detector was disconnected.

There’s no 24‑hour service. I arrived at 2 am, rang the bell, knocked on the door, and the owner was asleep, so I slept in my car. You have to ship your own sheets and towels from Amazon in advance.

The place was uninhabitable; I want my money back and had to move hotels.

The only good thing about the place is that it sits just outside Monterey. The rooms were shabby and dirty, and the people who stayed in the parking lot at night were unpleasant.
