The place had a good location, was clean, cozy, and the check‑in was easy. As others mentioned, the beds were uncomfortable—you can feel the floor through the futon.

All the information was provided on time so we could arrive without hassle. There’s a small common room with dishes, fresh towels, and laundry machines, which is very convenient. The accommodation was very quiet. I did find that the details about room size and options weren’t very clear on Booking. The place needs maintenance work (the AC leaks and the ceiling is damaged). The view from the window looks straight at a wall less than 3 m away.

This place outdid our expectations for the price. The quirky layout was fine, the beds were comfortable, it was spotless, and the bathroom was huge. Even though it’s new, it had a traditional vibe that we liked after staying in hotels. It’s in a great spot and the common area works well for laundry. The only drawback was the lack of a place to sit, which was okay for a couple of nights but would be tough for a longer stay—there’s nowhere to sit or have breakfast.
