Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The furniture and balcony were spacious, but the toilet was disappointing—unclean and the drain was blocked. Amenities had to be requested one by one; otherwise, you can’t get them. I love the apartment villa mode and the nice construction, and you’ll definitely enjoy it. The only problem is keeping the best experience staff for maintenance; otherwise, the property won’t retain customers, especially families.

The room was spacious, but the stay turned out to be very disappointing; the staff were unhelpful and seemed completely unconcerned, the room was dusty, the bathroom drain was clogged, and even after repeated requests basic room amenities were not provided, so overall the experience fell well below expectations and I would not recommend staying here.

1. The location 2. Infrastructures 3. Breakfast 4. Cleanliness. 1. No choices of foods (Lunch & Dinner) & very limited choices only 2. Better to have bit more experienced staff in the reception
