I was told there was a restaurant on site, but the room had no personal information and the view was poor; it was dark and lacked daylight.

The toilet seat was broken, the public gents toilet had no paper, TV reception was poor, breakfast was awful and only available in room, there was no staff, no bar, and the place felt cold and uninviting.
