The only highlight was the breakfast – one of the best I’ve had, with a very nice lady preparing it – but the TV didn’t work, so I had to try three remotes, get them, and the maintenance team came, turned the TV on by pressing the button on the unit, and left; only the up channel functioned, nothing else. There was no body wash, conditioner, or shampoo, the toilet kept screeching all night, and after the next day’s cleaning around 6 pm, nothing had changed.

The price for the stay is reasonable. The AC in our room did not start working until almost 4am. Had the AC set to 61 and it WOULD NOT cool down. We spent more than half the night sweating. I am also 18 days post op and require a pillow to elevate my legs at night. We spent an hour trying to locate the night employee. Not to mention the phone in the room did not work so I called from my cell and no one answered at the front desk. After myself, my daughter, and my boyfriend all went to the front desk, we had all had time to shower, I went back to the front desk for a 2nd time and still did not see the employee. Noticed the office door ajar and opened it to see if there was anyone in there and sure enough she was. There was no bell at the desk to alert her or anything. I explained we had all been trying to find her and we had even been outside to no avail of finding her. She had an attitude and tried to basically say none of us looked hard enough for her. There was also another customer needing her assistance at one point and again, she wasn’t there. We won’t be rebooking here again

My husband and I stayed two nights; everyone was friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the continental breakfast was great—biscuits, gravy, sausage, fried tators, waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, fruit, coffee, and juice. The staff were good, and everything was fine; I can’t think of a dislike.
