Dirty and poorly maintained. The pool was the only bright spot. It’s far from the center.

The rooms were spacious, the hotel was quiet with very few guests, and it offered great value. The breakfast choices were limited, especially the western options.

The pool was very pretty. The large room was luxurious with a fridge. An early arrival fee of $13 was charged. The noise level was high, the bedding was not top quality, and the Wi‑Fi was disastrous.

The room was very spacious, clean, and filled with light, complete with a balcony, and the swimming pool was fantastic. The staff were helpful and friendly. During low season (May/June) the large hotel was extremely quiet. Front Office Manager Mr Vannchhay Chhann was kind and accommodating, letting our family who lives in town use the hotel facilities, which we really appreciated given the circumstances of our visit. The hotel sits a little off the main tourist centre, in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main road 6, but a short $1.5 (use Grab!) tuk‑tuk ride takes you everywhere – the river, local markets, Pub Street, etc. We stayed 15 nights and paid extra for the hotel breakfast, but it was a bit disappointing for our tastes. Understandably the buffet breakfast was unavailable most days because the hotel was so empty, and the menu choices weren’t that appealing, so we ate out most days. That wasn’t a big issue, as there are so many excellent, affordable options around town.
