La cama era semi cómoda y el aire acondicionado. Instalaciones muy precarias, había cucarachas por el piso, la cortina estaba sostenida sobre un mini clavo, la tocabas y se caía, la puerta no tenía perilla si no, un clavo. No había agua, se fue la luz por el sector toda la noche y cuando solicité el reembolso, por las condiciones anteriormente comentadas, la administración ni se dignó en responder y tuve que irme sin mi dinero y buscar otro hotel a las 12 am

I had notified that I needed to check in at 3 am, but never received a reply. I approached the hotel, the manager came out, we indicated the name on the reservation and were told that at that hour no one was allowed to enter. So we had to leave because they would not allow us in.
