Very bad place – they demanded my credit card, then tried to charge me during check‑in; I had to block the card. Avoid this scam hotel 🥺

The location is great for visiting Catania’s centre or getting to the airport. The room has an en‑suite bathroom and a shared kitchenette, making it suitable for a short stay, even with family. The staff responded to messages (we never met anyone on site and everything was handled remotely). The bathroom could use some improvement and the crib wasn’t available when we booked.

The room was a mess, with mouldy mushrooms, no cleaning for a whole week, and ants everywhere; they didn’t provide fresh towels, there was no coffee machine, only a kettle and capsules for a machine.
