Within walking distance of the French Quarter and next to a streetcar station, the room was spacious, clean, and well kept, complete with a fridge and microwave. However, there was no safe in the room, the window view was a dirty rooftop, and the breakfast was just average—like many US hotels.

Great location, quiet but walkable. The rooms were comfortable, and the facilities—rooftop bar and gym—were excellent. The rooftop bar didn’t open at 5 pm on Friday night as expected, but you could still sit up there.

The receptionist was friendly and let us check in early after our long trip, which was great. The rooms were comfortable with good sheets and pillows—10 points! The hotel overall feels very cozy. The breakfast, however, lacked fruit. On the 14th floor, where the rooftop with its spectacular view is, they claim that on Tuesdays from 5 pm to 11 pm they host a music show, but that never happened.
