After a tour of Mauritius, we were warmly welcomed and everything was meticulously arranged; everyone was super friendly. Our room was right next to the water, and waking up felt paradisiacal. I’d also like to praise the security at the entrance, who were friendly every day and made us feel we were in the right place, thanks to all the staff for pampering us. No complaints; it was a superb stay.

A room that was huge and cozy, with a stunning spot right on a nice beach that lets you lie down quietly. The free water‑sports and excursions—canoe, pedalo, snorkeling, glass‑bottom boat—were great, and the garden was lovely. The food quality and variety were uneven, and there was a lot of noise (loud music and shouting), especially after dinner.

The place was well‑located, clean, and the staff were available and friendly. There seemed to be an over‑zealous security approach that could feel intrusive, especially at check‑out, as if the hotel feared a guest might leave without paying. It would help if the hotel found a different way to ensure security—important as it is—but after all, it’s on an island where the only exit is by air.
