Very well located near Gran Via. The neighborhood is very practical where you find everything you might need. Access, arrival, and departure were simple and efficient. The room was adequate. The bedding unfortunately was not very comfortable but it worked well for two nights. A few frying smells when opening the windows onto the courtyard, but nothing serious. The reception was simple and friendly. Thank you. The mattresses lack comfort but get the job done.

The location was fabulous. The bathroom had just one tiny hand soap, absolutely nothing else. No lift, the kind man at reception helped us get up the stairs when checking in but on leaving the other person there didn't assist. Even though there is a lift, our floor couldn't use it. So it caught me off guard.
