The house is very pretty, fully equipped, spacious, and new. The rooms are large, the cleaning is impeccable, and the host is very friendly. Parking is easy to find. The fridge didn’t work and we couldn’t leave the windows open because a strange odor entered the rooms.

The room was spotless, the staff friendly, and the bathroom very nice. However, selling that room for three people is a bit excessive, since one bed is a sofa bed and the space is quite tight.

The owner was very kind and helpful, the apartment had everything needed and was very welcoming. The location is great for walking to the Pian di Massiano metro. If I return to Perugia, I would stay here again.
