The location. The 4‑person women‑only dorm booking went through fine and I paid, but I was assigned the wrong room. They claimed it was a mistake on their part and wouldn’t swap it for the 6‑person mixed dorm, even after showing the invoice. No apology was offered, and they blamed me for the error.
