“Strong drain smell”
The staff was amazing and the location was super good. We really enjoyed the terrace on the 2nd floor. The whole place smelled terrible, coming from the drains, and it was everywhere—especially on the ground floor. It even woke some people in our group because it was so awful. Unfortunately, that brings our rating of the place down to very low.

Good location, pleasant managers, could use the courtyard parking. The bathroom was dirty, the room wasn’t ready for arrival, and there was no view from the window (room on the 1st floor).

We were alone and had access to the kitchen. Location. The floor in the room and the bathroom was very dirty. Old towels left lint on the skin. Stained old bedding. Nothing for storing belongings in the room. The room was very tight; two people barely had room to move. It’s on the first floor, and all night people walked and shouted right under the windows, endless dog barking, making it hard to sleep. The toilet had a strong odor. With the hotel completely empty, the owner didn’t allow us to stay even 10 minutes past the 12 pm check‑out time, so we hurriedly packed and left at 10 pm to “not be late.”
Good location in Borjomi mineral water park. Good view and ideal environment.
