I have to say this cabana tops all the others I've stayed at in Romania; the host was incredibly friendly and the pancakes were out of this world, plus the place was spotless and the beds super comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need, and we’re definitely planning a return trip.

We got to the cabin late at night and the owners were still there to greet us, handing us a welcome gift of alcoholic drinks that felt very warm. Over the week we kept getting more presents—pancakes, a snack board with sausage and cheese, and more alcohol. The hosts were kind, the hostess spoke good English, and for our group of 12 adults and a baby they even managed to set up a baby‑bed at the last minute, which was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious, all had air‑conditioning, and some even had private bathrooms. Initially there weren’t enough towels, but the hostess supplied more quickly. The kitchen was well‑equipped with plates, cups, glasses, and other utensils. At the main entrance there was a long table for dinner, a great stereo box, and outside a large picnic table, field beds, and two trampolines for jumping or relaxing. The porch had a couple of chairs where you could sit in the shade on warm mornings. One of the highlights is the veranda with the hot tub, which is nice but requires chopping wood to heat it; plenty of wood and an axe are available in the yard. Inside, there’s a grill, a big table, and a second fridge. The place is ideal for parties because it’s a decent distance from the main house where people sleep. The showers had a bit of weak water pressure, though the water was warm enough. The kitchen also lacked a water boiler, which would have been handy. The facility list mentioned a washing machine and dryer, but in reality you have to hand your laundry to the hostess and she washes it for you—kind, but not clearly listed.
