The reception was friendly, and the breakfast was tasty, but I ended up in a different room and the reservation was messed up.

The location was good and the rooms were comfortable, but I had a severe allergy from the air conditioner and there was a water leak in my bathroom.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and the breakfast offered good food options and everything was well organized. However, the electric shower didn’t work, the TV wasn’t smart, and there were no plates or cutlery in the room, which was odd because there were glasses and a tray. The stay was acceptable, but the experience didn’t justify the price I paid.
