This place is right in the heart of downtown, which is super convenient for grabbing food or heading out to explore. It's a great spot if you're looking for easy access to everything.

The location was central, which was a plus, but the room itself was a bit of a disaster. The toilet didn't work, and there was a hole in the window - not exactly what I'd call a comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel is a major plus - you can walk to all the major shops and eateries, including a 7-Eleven, Subway, Tealive, and Zuss Cafe. It's super convenient, but unfortunately, the nearby KFC has closed down, which is a bit of a bummer. The staff were friendly and helpful when I checked in late, which was a relief. Overall, it's a decent value for the price, but the lack of a nearby KFC is a drawback.

The environment was clean, and the location was good, but the air-conditioning and water heater were both broken, which made for a pretty uncomfortable stay.
