The vibe was very cool and the staff were great, I liked the jokes they shared with me, the desk clerk was excellent and the valet host was ridiculously funny! There was nothing negative.

Customer service at check‑in last night and this morning was good; a wide selection of food and drinks was available, and #1 for us was the downtown Memphis location. The toilet seat was not secure, I would have liked an extra blanket, and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The setup was very unique from check‑in until I reached room 10/10, but there was no microwave or fridge.
